What is your communication policy?
All project status and communication will ONLY be delivered or received via EMAIL. We do not accept any changes via DM or chat. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@iconicminds.net. When you're in your zone, do you like people hovering? No. Please allow the appointed turnaround time to complete your proofs. If we feel we are going to exceed that turnaround time, you will be notified by a member of our team. Calls are by appointment only.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies by project and volume. You will be provided with your turnaround information on the product description, invoice, or during your initial consultation. The timeline depends on communication, final project details and requests, add-ons, if holidays fall mid-project, sales etc. Revision turnarounds range from 24-48 hours.

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges of any items. Please be sure to inspect thoroughly before use. If there is an error or discrepancy with the order, we will reprint upon receipt of proof & request. All creative services including brand development, marketing solutions, or systems are FINAL. We have the right to refuse service for any difficult circumstances or breach of terms and conditions.
